Booking Terms
Check in
All check in times are by arrangement only. Check in times are normally from 13.00 to 21.00 hours. Earlier and later check in may be possible too, email us with your request. We don’t have a 24 hour reception, so it is important to let us know when you are arriving so we can arrange to be here at that time to check you in or leave a key holder waiting for you.
Check out
Check out is at 11am.
Deposit to confirm reservation and payment
To secure your booking we will charge the first night of your stay at the moment of booking. You can pay the rest on departure as you wish, with cash or by card. Please note that card payments will incur an additional charge of 2%, however this will not be charged when taking the first night deposit.
We accept all major debit and credit cards with the exception of American Express
Cancellation policy
When a confirmed reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, no refund will be made of the first night deposit unless the accommodation is re-let to other clients. Last minute cancellations (less than 48 hours prior to arrival date) will be charged in full unless re-let to other clients. A booking once accepted is a commitment by both parties. If you feel there is a risk then it may be provident to take out insurance cover to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances.
Night access to the guest house
We do not have a curfew and you are free to come and go as you wish. We only ask our guests to be considerate towards other guests if they arrive late at night.
