From Edinburgh airport

• By Taxi – 25 minutes: fare approx. £20-£25
• By airport bus – Bus no 100.  It runs every 10 minutes from airport to city centre (25 minutes).  Bus Fare:  £3.50 single, £6 open return.

From the city centre or Waverley train station

• By Taxi – 5-10minutes: fare approx. £6
• By Bus - Take Bus no. 42 from the Waverley Bridge to Ratcliffe Terrace or the no. 24 from Princes Street to South Lauder Road.  Bus fare £1.20. Buses every 30 minutes.
• From the 42 bus get off at the BP Petrol Station on Ratcliffe Terrace, Grange Loan is the street just after the petrol station. Teviotdale House is about 100 metres along the road on the left.
• From the 24 bus get off on Lauder Road and turn left into Grange Loan. We are 50 metres along on the right hand side. 

If you come by car there is free on-street parking less than 100 metres away from Teviotdale House.
Teviotdale House is located in a beautiful Victorian conservation area very close to the city centre. A bus will take you to the Royal Mile, in the heart of the city centre, in 10 minutes, or you can walk if you prefer. You can walk to the Royal Mile in 25 minutes and it is a beautiful walk.
We are also conveniently located for the King's Buildings, Edinburgh University, the Royal Observatory, Craigmillar Park Golf club and the Astley Ainslie Hospital.
